Update the identity broker allowlist to the same callback registered in Hydra for the renamed “karpfen.dev identity” login source. Browser testing caught the remaining old callback after the provider rename; Forgejo is temporarily using its previous name until this policy is live.

Validated the generated broker deployment and equality of the Hydra and broker callback URIs.
