Deploy the supplied fish PNG logo and display “fish identity” on the identity pages and passkey prompts. The existing Aquarium-only validation label is replaced with the normal self-hosted worker.

Validated by rendering the Gallery environment, checking the page title and comparing the decoded PNG byte-for-byte with the source asset.
